1) Activity Summary Report

Shows the share of active minutes, active seconds, unproductive, manual, and mobile time for each user in a selected time period. This will allow you to identify problems in the company and compare employees who do similar work.

Please note: This report is only available for Admins/Managers.

2) Hours Tracked

This report shows you how many hours your users have tracked per day, per week, or for any date range you select.

3) Productivity

This report calculates how much productive/unproductive time users have tracked per day, per week, or for any date range (based on your productivity ratings).

4) Projects & Tasks

This report shows you how much time is spent on a project (or projects) as a whole as well as individual tasks per user inside that project (or projects).

5) Timeline

The daily report shows how much time is spent on tasks and breaks per day with start and end times. This report also shows who is online and working, who is on break, and the last time the user tracked time.

The weekly report shows the time tracked in a week with the total time tracked per day.

We also have a split view that let's you see Timeline and Timeline-Detailed report in one report. You will need to switch to a "Day" for this.

6) Timeline Detailed

This report is similar to the Timeline Report, but it shows more details including a task breakdown and start/end times.

7) Web & App Usage
This report displays the time spent on different websites and applications to help ensure that your time is being used well.
