You may need to change the company owner of your Time Doctor account.
You might need to do this due to an error during account creation or because the current owner is leaving the company and another person is taking over.
- Ensure that the new owner has the admin access level, as only admins can become account owners. If needed, you can change their access level in Settings / Users - see the Level field there.
- Only the current owner can change the company owner; therefore, the current owner should log in to their account and go to Settings / Company settings to make the change.
- Select the new owner in the Owner field.
- A pop-up will ask to confirm the change. Click Continue to confirm it.
Once the change has been made, the access level of the previous owner will be changed to admin.
