Generally, we advise you not to track time from more than one device at the same time because only the time tracked on one of the devices will appear in the reports.
If you track time with the Time Doctor desktop app and mobile app, priority will be given to the time tracked with the desktop app.
Mobile time can be overwritten by computer-tracked time.
If the same user is running Time Doctor on multiple computers (not mobile devices) at the same time:
- A computer that is tracking time will take precedence over a computer that isn’t tracking time.
- If both computers are tracking time simultaneously, whichever one sends its data to the server first “wins” and the work from the other computer will be discarded. There’s no way to know which computer will win in this scenario.
