Before we start, please make sure the owner/admin of the account has the edit time option enabled for your account on the Manage Users page.
Note: The mobile app is currently available for Android OS only and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. The iOS version of the mobile app is on the product road map but is still a few months away.
Please follow the instructions below to install the mobile application.
Step 1: Go to the Google Play Store, search for “Time Doctor 2,” and install the app.
Step 2: Open in the app and log in to your Time Doctor account.
Step 3: After logging in, you’ll see the list of tasks that are assigned to you. You can also swipe right to select a different project.
Once you’ve selected a project, click on a task to start tracking time to it.
Note: When you start tracking, the app will also ask how much time you want to track to the task. This is optional.
Note: If you’re going to use both the desktop and mobile app for the same company account, please make sure that you don’t use them simultaneously – you’ll need to close Time Doctor on one before opening it on the other. Running them both at the same time will affect your reports.
