Sometimes, when your internet connection is unstable or interrupted, the Time Doctor desktop app may show zero hours worked for a current day.

Don’t panic! All your tracked time is recorded locally first before being sent to our servers.

The first thing to do is to sign out of your desktop app. Close the app completely and start it again. Check if your hours are reflected properly. 

If you still don’t see your tracked time, follow the instructions in this article and send us your local cache files as soon as possible.
