Some organizations may have corporate firewalls that can prevent the Time Doctor app from connecting with its servers to sync data. This can be easily fixed by allowing certain URLs through your corporate firewall. 

The configuration of the firewalls may vary, so we strongly suggest allowing the system administrator who maintains your firewall to add the following URLs. 

For the interactive app:
