If you need to cancel your Time Doctor 2 account for any reason, just email us at email@example.com with your request. We would be happy to assist you.
(We would also love if you could share some information about what made you decide to leave Time Doctor 2 so that we can look for areas in which we need to improve.)
There are two ways to cancel your Time Doctor 2 account:
- We can remove your payment method(s) and let your account go into suspended status. We recommend this course of action so that you do not lose any time tracking data or account information. You will never be financially obligated to pay past-due invoices for services we provided in the past as we always bill in advance.
- We can delete your account entirely. This option means you will lose all account information and tracked data forever. Once complete, this action cannot be undone.
NOTE: We sometimes receive emails from managers or assistants who are tasked by their administrator to cancel the account for them. We can allow this. However, in these cases, to ensure that we are not canceling the account without the knowledge of the administrator and in order to protect the interest of the company owner, we require an email cancellation request be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org using the same email address that was used to create the Time Doctor 2 account. For the security of the account, we need to be sure that we do not have any unwanted cancellations. Only then can we cancel the account for you.
