If you need to cancel your Time Doctor 2 account for any reason, just email us at support2@timedoctor.com with your request. We’d be happy to assist you.

We would also love if you could share some information about what made you decide to leave Time Doctor 2 to help us find the areas in which we need to improve.

There are two ways to cancel your Time Doctor 2 account: 

  1. We can remove your payment method(s) and let your account go into suspended status. We recommend this course of action because it’ll ensure that you don’t lose any time tracking data or account information. You’ll never be financially obligated to pay past-due invoices for services provided in the past as we always bill in advance.
  2. We can delete your account entirely. This option means you’ll lose all account information and tracked data forever. Once complete, this action can’t be undone.

NOTE: We sometimes receive emails from managers or assistants who are asked by their administrators to cancel the account for them. This can be allowed. However, in these cases, to ensure that we’re not canceling the account without the knowledge of the administrator and to protect the interest of the company owner, we’ll require an email cancellation request be sent to support2@timedoctor.com using the same email address that was used to create the Time Doctor 2 account. For the security of the account, we need to be sure that there are no unwanted cancellations. Only then can we cancel the account for you.
