If you receive this error when trying to install Time Doctor, attempt to manually create a folder inside your ~/Library/Application Support folder first.

If you aren’t allowed to do so, then there’s probably an issue with your permissions.

To solve this, right-click on your Applications folder, select Get Info from the menu, and Allow read/write access for everyone.

The complete path for the cache should be ~/Library/Application Support/TimeDoctor.
