IMPORTANT: For the Time Doctor 2 app to not classify it as low activity, the total keyboard and mouse activity should be more than 30 mouse clicks and/or keyboard strokes.
If you visit your Screenshots page and see screenshots with no keyboard or mouse activity at all, it could also mean the following.
You might be running other applications as an administrator (since some applications require administrator access), but you are running Time Doctor 2 as a regular user. This would be why the app wasn’t able to track the activity happening within those applications.
To correct this, right-click on the Time Doctor 2 desktop icon and click Run as administrator.
For Macs, you must be logged in as an administrator on the computer for the Time Doctor 2 application to be able to track your keyboard and mouse activity.
