IMPORTANT: For the Time Doctor app to not classify someone as having low activity, there should be more than 30 mouse clicks and/or keyboard strokes total.

If you visit your Screenshots page and see screenshots with no keyboard or mouse activity at all, this could also mean the following.

You might be running other applications as an administrator (since some applications require administrator access), but are running Time Doctor as a regular user. This would be why the app wasn’t able to track the activity happening in those applications.

To correct this, right-click on the Time Doctor desktop icon and click Run as administrator.

For Mac, you must be logged in as an administrator for the Time Doctor application to be able to track your keyboard and mouse activity.
