Here’s how you can configure Webroot to allow our app to taking screenshots...

If you’re using the Webroot SecureAnywhere Home Edition, you can follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Webroot SecureAnywhere application.
  2. Click the gear next to "Identity Protection" 

3. Select the application protection tab and look for “sfproc.exe” from the list and set it to "Allow".


If you’re using the Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Edition, you can create a whitelist override in two ways:

You can create a global whitelist override via GSM (Global Site Manager) using these steps:

  1. Log in to the Global Site Manager
  2. Navigate to Global Settings tab > Select file & folder overrides tab
  3. Click the add button to bring up the whitelist entry window
  4. In the whitelist entry window, click the folder/file radio button
  5. In the override name field, enter a name for the override. You can enter “sfproc”
  6. In the path mask enter %programfiles%\sfproc\
  7. Click create

You can create a whitelist override via Endpoint Protection console using these steps:

  1. Log in to your Endpoint Protection console.
  2. Click overrides tab.
  3. In the whitelist tab, click the create button to bring up the whitelist entry window.
  4. In the override name field, enter a name for the override. You can enter “sfproc”.
  5. Click the path/file radio button.
  6. In the path mask enter %programfiles%\sfproc\
  7. Click save
